Do I need to live in Florida? +

Yes. We currently see Florida residents only. Florida law requires the patient to be physically located in Florida at the time of the visit.

Does insurance cover this? +

Wellness HRT is rarely covered by insurance. We are a cash-pay practice. HSA and FSA cards work for eligible items.

How much does it cost? +

Your first 15-minute consultation is free. Most patients choose our $150/month membership which includes the visit, prescription, pharmacy fulfillment, and ongoing portal messaging. A one-time consultation is $149 if you prefer not to subscribe.

How do I get my prescription? +

If hormone therapy is appropriate after your video visit, your clinician sends the prescription to one of our partner compounding pharmacies. The pharmacy ships discreetly to your door, typically within 2 to 5 business days.

Do I need lab work? +

Lab work is recommended for many patients but is not always required to begin. Your clinician will discuss whether labs make sense in your specific case. If you do labs, they are billed separately by Quest, Labcorp, or a mobile phlebotomy service.

What if I have side effects? +

Message your care team in the portal. We respond within one business day. If something feels urgent, call your clinician or 911. We provide an adverse event protocol and follow-up cadence at 2 weeks, 1 month, and quarterly.

Can I cancel? +

Anytime. There is no contract. Pause or cancel your subscription from the portal in one click.

What about controlled substances? +

We do not prescribe controlled substances. Our focus is bioidentical hormones for women's wellness — non-controlled medications.

Is my information private? +

Yes. Your medical information is stored in a HIPAA-compliant patient portal under signed Business Associate Agreements with our vendors. This marketing website does not collect any medical information.

What if I am not a candidate for HRT? +

We will tell you. There are conditions where HRT is not appropriate. If telehealth is not right for your situation, we will refer you to in-person care.

Do you require a video visit? +

Yes. Florida statute 456.47 requires a synchronous (real-time) provider-patient relationship before prescribing. We follow it. Treatment never starts from a questionnaire alone.

How quickly will I feel different? +

It varies. Some women notice improvements in sleep and energy within a few weeks. Mood, libido, and cognitive symptoms often take longer. We track your progress through the portal and adjust your protocol as needed.
