Our medical director

How we are structured.
Florida law requires that medical practices be owned and controlled by licensed physicians. We honor this by separating clinical and non-clinical functions:
Aurora Luxe Medical, P.A.
The professional medical entity. Owned and controlled by our Medical Director. Provides all clinical services, including consultations, diagnoses, and prescriptions.
Aurora Luxe Wellness MSO, LLC
The management services organization. Provides administrative, technology, marketing, and operations services to Aurora Luxe Medical, P.A. under a written services agreement.
This structure is standard practice for telehealth in states with corporate practice of medicine doctrines. It exists to keep clinical decisions where they belong — with licensed clinicians.
